Breyer Animal Creations is adding Australian thoroughbred racing superstar Winx to its portrait model stable.

In her five-year career, the 2011 thoroughbred won 37 races and is the world record holder for the highest earnings and most Group 1 wins.

Bred by Fairway Thoroughbreds, Winx was sold at the the Gold Coast Yearling sale for $230,000 to Peter and Patty Tighe's Magic Bloodstock Racing in partnership with Debbie and Paul Kepitis and Richard Treweeke.

Trained by Chris Waller, Winx began a streak of 33 consecutive wins on May 16, 2015. Her last race -- and 33rd straight victory -- was in the Queen Elizabeth Stakes in April of 2019.

Winx was voted her country's Horse of the Year for the fourth time last year, and she holds a world record as the highest-earning thoroughbred with more than $19.7 million (USD) in winnings.

In December, Winx was confirmed in foal to leading sire I Am Invincible.

Winx’s Breyer Traditional (1:9 scale) portrait model was sculpted by equine artisans. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of each Breyer Winx model will benefit Team Thoroughbred NSW, an organization that provides retraining and aftercare for retired racehorses.
