Over the two-day, 14 race championship meet, which trainers had the best and worst stats?

Here's a look at all the Breeders' Cup winning trainers, plus all the trainers who had four or more starters this weekend. 

Charlie Appleby - 3 wins (4: 3-0-0)

On Friday, trainer Charlie Appleby won the Juvenile Turf with Modern Games running only for purse money after being scratched for betting purposes. And he didn't slow down on Saturday, winning the Mile with Space Blues and the Turf with Yibir.

Yoshito Yahagi - 2 wins (2: 2-0-0)

Japanese runner Loves Only You was impressive storming home to capture the Filly and Mare Turf for trainer Yoshito Yahagi, but the trainer shocked the crowd winning the Distaff by a nose with 49-1 long shot Marche Lorraine, making it a perfect 2-for-2 on the weekend.

Wesley Ward - 2 wins (5: 2-0-1)

Trainer Wesley Ward reigned supreme with the turf sprinters. He targeted only these two races and captured both the Juvenile Turf Sprint and Turf Sprint.

Wayne Catalano - 1 win (1: 1-0-0)

Trainer Wayne Catalano upset highly favored Jackie's Warrior in the Breeders' Cup Sprint with 11-1 long shot Aloha West, who was his only starter of the weekend.

Michael McCarthy - 1 win (2: 1-1-0) 

Not only did West Coast trainer Michael McCarthy upset the Filly & Mare Sprint with Ce Ce, but Smooth Like Strait led the Mile until getting run down in the stretch by Space Blues.

Christophe Clement - 1 win (4: 1-0-0)

Trainer Christophe Clement on Friday got his first-ever Breeders' Cup winner with Pizza Bianca in the Juvenile Fillies Turf.

With the scratches of strong contenders Domestic Spending and Jack Christopher, Chad Brown's contingent was whittled down to 11 starters. - Mark Casse sent out five Breeders' Cup starters, with his best finish being Pappacap running second in the Juvenile at 15-1.  

- Phil D'Amato started four long shots over the two days, with the best finish being Charmaine's Mia, who was third in the Turf Sprint at 28-1. 

- Peter Miller had four starters, including Mo Forza who finished 13th at 3-1 in the Mile. His best finish was Proud Emma (5th, Filly and Mare Sprint).
