Tuesday's Best Bet Winner
Parx 9 - Alaapatique ($8.40)
Wednesday's 7th race from Keeneland (10-11-17) is the Grade 3 Jessamine Stakes for 2-year-old fillies traveling a mile and a sixteenth on the turf course.
#4 MISS MO MENTUM (5-1) was a flat 4th in both dirt starts but her two turf tries were sharp. In her first turf outing at the Saratoga, she was clearly second best behind subsequent P. G. Johnson Stakes winner Orbolution. Last time at Churchill (Sept. 23), she finished full of run in a sharp flat mile turf maiden win under today's rider Landeros. Casse is sending out live runners at Keeneland (11-5-2-2).
#2 Rushing Fall (3-1) rallied nicely from off the pace to earn her diploma as the favorite in her career debut in a one mile turf race at Belmont Sept 16. Castellano rides back for Brown and she is an obvious stretch threat.
#12 Thewayiam (12-1) stepped up in class/distance in her three turf starts in France and was competitive each time. Motion excels with shippers to the US and she drilled a Fair Hill bullet for this Oct 7.
#6 Cash Out (12-1) switched to turf and broke her maiden from post 10 at Kentucky Downs Sept 9. Dam has produced four turf winners and she might improve again for Geroux/Arnold.
#8 Sunny Skies (12-1) won her first two dirt sprints including the Debutante at Churchill in the slop June 30. She landed the show in her last two stakes starts including the G2 Pocahontas and dam has produced two turf winners. She worked a local turf bullet Oct 3.
#9 Breaking Beauty (10-1) became her dam's fifth turf winner in her Ellis Park debut Sept 4.
