Webslinger, who hasn't had a start since September, is back at work for trainer Mark Casse.
The 5-year-old gelding by Constitution breezed four furlongs in 48.0 seconds on the synthetic track at Woodbine on Wednesday, fourth fastest of 14 at the distance.
Webslinger had nine starts as a 3-year-old and six starts last year before getting a break. Winner of the Grade 2 American Turf on the 2023 Kentucky Derby undercard, he was second in his most recent start, the black-type Colonial Cup at Colonial Downs.
Wednesday's work was his third since he returned to the tab April 11.
