Wednesday works: Locked leads 6 graded winners on tab
Locked, who finished fourth last time out in the Grade 2 Alysheba on May 2, makes his return to the worktab at Churchill Downs.
The 4-year-old son of Gun Runner breezed four furlongs Wednesday morning for trainer Brad Cox in 53.5 seconds, the slowest of 11 at the distance.
Locked won the Santa Anita Handicap (G1) in March prior to his Alysheba (G2) start on May 2. He started his 2025 campaign winding up second in the Pegasus World Cup Invitational (G1).

It was the slowest of 11 works at the distance. This was his first work since his last race. In his last start he placed fourth in the Alysheba (G2) going 1 1/16 miles on the main track at Churchill Downs on May 2 for trainer Todd Pletcher.
