Watch: Saratoga 2022 Travers week preview

The marquee event of the 2022 Saratoga meet, the Grade 1 Travers Stakes, takes place Saturday. Handicappers Ed DeRosa and Sara Elbadwi will be joined by David Levitch live Tuesday at 9:30 p.m. EDT to recap Alabama (G1) week and look ahead to the upcoming racing action. 

Several other graded events highlight the week, including the H. Allen Jerkens Memorial (G1) on the Travers day undercard. Jack Christopher, who broke his maiden last year on Travers day, returns to shorter distances after an attempt to stretch out in the Haskell. Future stars could be unveiled this week, and the new First-Timer Power Ratings Report helps handicappers identify which debut runners could be the next big thing.
