Brian Trump, racing manager for Rockingham Ranch, confirmed Thursday evening on his Twitter account that video showing a frantic scene at the San Luis Rey Downs training center was of his horses' barn.
Leo Tapia, a groom for trainer Peter Miller, filmed as he and other workers opened stalls to free horses as the Lilac Fire spread about 30 miles North of San Diego.
Trainer Cliff Sise told San Diego's CBS affiliate that not all horses were turned loose from their stalls in time as the blaze spread.

San Luis Rey houses hundreds of racehorses, including those conditioned by Miller, who won two Breeders' Cup races last month at nearby Del Mar.
