Video: How to bet Saratoga's Friday $167,611 Pick 6 carryover

The Pick 6 puzzle went unsolved Thursday at Saratoga, generating a carryover of $167,611. Two long shots in the last two races helped to ensure there would be no winners with all six races correct.

Handicapper Sara Elbadwi offers some insight as to which horses should be on your tickets when you play Friday's Pick 6 sequence.

Two-year-olds compete in the second leg of the sequence, which is a perfect opportunity to check out the new Horse Racing Nation First-Timers Power Ratings Report. Showcased in the video, this report rates debut runners from 1 to 5 based on a variety of data points. Elbadwi includes the highest rated first-time-starter on her ticket, as well as one with experience.

The Sire Moves Report presents a horse to fade in race 7. Although this horse is a fair price on the morning line, some may be inclined to use this one on their tickets as this horse is lightly raced and could have some upside. Elbadwi tosses based on the information provided by this report.

Access to all Pro Reports provides information on multiple tracks running each day, not just Saratoga. For future handicapping content, subscribe to the Horse Racing Nation YouTube channel
