The event will bring together racing industry executives from around the world to delve into critical issues and emerging trends across the three racing breeds. A complete agenda and a list of speakers is available here.

Topics of discussions at the symposium include computer-assisted wagering, mental health, track safety and the anti-doping and medication control program, racing's economic impact and track clossures.

A panel discussion will feature distinguished racing journalists Steven Crist, Andy Beyer and Jay Privman.

On Dec. 4, pre-conference meetings and workshops will include a Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority workshop for state regulators and stewards, a summit for racing secretaries, and a handicapping contest workshop.

On Dec. 5, HISA CEO Lisa Lazarus will speak on the status of the authority in 2024 and beyond.
