Conquest Stables’ undefeated Conquest Tsunami tops a field of 12 juveniles entered Wednesday for Saturday’s 101st running of the $500,000 Claiborne Breeders’ Futurity to be run at 1 1/16 miles on the main track.

The Claiborne Breeders’ Futurity is a Win and You’re In race for the $2 million Breeders’ Cup Juvenile (G1) to be run Nov. 1 at Santa Anita.

Trained by Mark Casse, Conquest Tsunami debuted here this spring with a 6¼-length victory and followed that with stakes scores in the Victoria and Colin stakes at Woodbine. All three of those triumphs came over Polytrack. In his most recent start, Conquest Tsunami won a turf allowance race at Woodbine.

Patrick Husbands, who has been aboard the Stormy Atlantic colt in his past three starts, has the call Saturday and will break from post position seven.

Other stakes winners in the field are Hashtag Bourbon, winner of the Mountaineer Juvenile; Dekabrist, winner of the Kodiak Island at Gulfstream; and W V Jetsetter, winner of the TTA Sales Futurity at Lone Star.

There are also two horses who won their career debuts in the field: Tough Customer, who won last Friday at Churchill Downs and Carpe Diem, who won at Saratoga Sept. 1.

The field for the Claiborne Breeders’ Futurity, which goes as Saturday’s eighth race with a 5:08 post time, from the rail out is: Tough Customer (Shaun Bridgmohan), Firespike (Mike Smith), Sharm (Luis Saez), Mr. Z (Jon Court), Carpe Diem (John Velazquez), Bold Conquest (Rosie Napravnik), Conquest Tsunami (Husbands), Dekabrist (Kerwin Clark), Ike Walker (Robby Albarado), Hashtag Bourbon (Julien Leparoux), Keen Ice (Corey Lanerie) and W V Jetsetter (Joel Rosario). All starters will carry 121 pounds.
