Tuesday tab: Bound for Nowhere leads 8 graded-stakes winners

Ten-year-old Bound for Nowhere, who hasn't had a start since last July, was back at work Tuesday morning for trainer Wesley Ward.

The son of The Factor breezed five furlongs in 1:05.6 on the Keeneland turf, slowest of six at the distance. He returned to training in March for his first work since finishing ninth in the Connaught Cup (G2) at Woodbine.

Bound for Nowhere was one of eight graded-stakes winners with published works Tuesday.

Bound for Nowhere (The Factor), a two-time Grade 2 winner (2021 Shakertown, 2018 Shakertown), worked five furlongs in 1:05.6 on turf at Keeneland on Tuesday morning. It was the sixth fastest of six works at the distance. His previous work was 10 days ago going four furlongs at Keeneland. In his last start he placed ninth in the Connaught Cup (G2) going seven furlongs on the turf at Woodbine on July 23 for trainer Wesley Ward.

Didia (Orpen), a two-time Grade 2 winner (2024 Pegasus World Cup Filly and Mare Turf Invitational, 2023 Rodeo Drive), worked three furlongs in 39.0 seconds on turf at Keeneland on Tuesday morning. It was the only work at the distance. Her previous work was six days ago going five furlongs at Keeneland. In her last start she won the Pegasus World Cup Filly and Mare Turf Invitational (G2) going 1 1/16 miles on the turf at Gulfstream Park on Jan. 27 for trainer Ignacio Correas.

Parnac (Zarak), a Grade 2 winner (2023 Flower Bowl), worked four furlongs in 50.4 seconds at Payson Park on Tuesday morning. It was the faster of two works at the distance. This was her first work since her last race. In her last start she placed fourth in the Waya (G3) going 1 3/8 miles on the turf at Belmont at the Big A on Oct. 7 for trainer Christophe Clement.

Stitched (Mizzen Mast), a Grade 2 winner (2023 Wise Dan), worked five furlongs in 1:00.2 at Churchill Downs on Tuesday morning. It was the fastest of six works at the distance. His previous work was nine days ago going five furlongs at Churchill Downs. In his last start he placed 12th in the River City (G3) going 1 1/8 miles on the turf at Churchill Downs on Nov. 11 for trainer Gregory Foley.

Cellist (Big Blue Kitten), a two-time Grade 3 winner (2024 Kentucky Cup Classic, 2022 Louisville), worked four furlongs in 52.2 seconds on turf at Keeneland on Tuesday morning. It was the slower of two works at the distance. This was his first work since his last race. In his last start he won the Kentucky Cup Classic (G3) going 1 1/8 miles on the synthetic at Turfway Park on March 23 for trainer Rusty Arnold.
