Thursday works: Trikari leads 7 graded winners on the tab

Trikari, winner of three graded stakes this year, worked at Fair Hill Thursday morning for trainer Graham Motion.

The 3-year-old son of Oscar Performance breezed four furlongs in 49.6 seconds, third fastest of nine at the track and distance.

Trikari has a record of 6: 4-1-1 this year, with graded victories in the American Turf (G2), the Belmont Derby (G1) and the Secretariat (G2) in her most recent start.

It was the third fastest of nine works at the distance. This was his first work since his last race. In his last start he won the Secretariat (G2) going one mile on the turf at Colonial Downs on Aug. 11 for trainer Graham Motion.

Major Dude (Bolt d'Oro), a two-time Grade 2 winner (2023 Penn Mile, 2022 Pilgrim), worked four furlongs in 47.8 seconds at Saratoga on Thursday morning. It was the third fastest of 17 works at the distance. This was his first work since his last race. In his last start he placed fifth in the Fourstardave Handicap (G1) going one mile on the turf at Saratoga on Aug. 11 for trainer Todd Pletcher.

Crupi (Curlin), a Grade 2 winner (2024 Suburban), worked four furlongs in 49.2 seconds at Saratoga on Thursday morning. It was the 11th fastest of 17 works at the distance. His previous work was six days ago going four furlongs at Saratoga. In his last start he placed second in the Whitney (G1) going 1 1/8 miles on the main track at Saratoga on Aug. 3 for trainer Todd Pletcher.

Showcase (Uncle Mo), a Grade 2 winner (2024 Saratoga Special), worked four furlongs in 47.8 seconds at Saratoga on Thursday morning. It was the third fastest of 17 works at the distance. His previous work was six days ago going four furlongs at Saratoga. In his last start he won the Saratoga Special (G2) going 6 1/2 furlongs on the main track at Saratoga on Aug. 10 for trainer Todd Pletcher.

Fast as Flight (Air Force Blue), a Grade 3 winner (2024 Modesty), worked four furlongs in 48.8 seconds at Turfway Park on Thursday morning. It was the fourth fastest of 22 works at the distance. Her previous work was 25 days ago going four furlongs at Woodbine. In her last start she placed seventh in the Nassau (G2) going one mile on the turf at Woodbine on June 29 for trainer Martin Drexler.

Full Count Felicia (War Front), a Grade 3 winner (2023 Suwannee River), worked five furlongs in 59.0 seconds at Woodbine on Thursday morning. It was the fastest of 14 works at the distance. Her previous work was eight days ago going four furlongs at Woodbine. In her last start she won the Canadian (G2) going 1 1/8 miles on the turf at Woodbine on Aug. 10 for trainer Kevin Attard.

Society Man (Good Magic), a Grade 3 winner (2024 Matt Winn), worked four furlongs in 48.5 seconds at Saratoga on Thursday morning. It was the eighth fastest of 17 works at the distance. This was his first work since his last race. In his last start he placed third in the West Virginia Derby (G3) going 1 1/8 miles on the main track at Mountaineer on Aug. 4 for trainer Danny Gargan.
