Ova Charged has 10 wins from her 13 starts, and the one she got Saturday at Fair Grounds earned her the highest Brisnet and Beyer speed figures among last week's stakes winners.

The 6-year-old daughter of Star Guitar, trained by Shane Wilson, led at every call to win the Bob F. Wright Memorial by 6 3/4 lengths with Jose Guerrero riding. She got a 98 Brisnet Speed Rating and a 94 Brisnet Speed Figure for covering the six furlongs in 1:09.75.

Tied for second in the Brisnet ratings were Chismosa, winner of the Las Flores (G3), and Comparative, winner of the Ladies Stakes. The stakes winner with the second-highest Beyer was Muth, winner of the San Vicente (G2).

The highest Beyer figures overall for last week went to Big City Lights, who earned a 99, and Newgate, 98, for their 1-2 finishes in an optional-claiming allowance race at Santa Anita

In last week's only points qualifier for Kentucky Derby 2024, Drum Roll Please earned an 83 Brisnet and an 80 Beyer for winning the Jerome.
