Speed figures: These are last week's fastest stakes winners

You might have come across Lure Him In. The 7-year-old gelding has made 41 starts in Florida and California. Until Saturday, he had only one stakes win, in the Sunshine Turf at Gulfstream two years ago.

On Saturday, he got his second stakes win, this one in the Sunshine Classic, also at Gulfstream. And he earned a 100 highest Brisnet Speed Rating, the highest among last week's stakes winners.

Trained by Herman Wilensky and ridden by Edwin Gonzalez, the son of Khozan went 1 1/16 miles in 1:43.22 to win by a head. He also got a 97 Beyer Speed Figure for the effort.

The highest Beyer figure of the week, 105, went to Saudi Crown for his gate-to-wire win in the Grade 3 Louisiana on Saturday. That also was the first triple-digit Beyer of the year.

Here are the figures for last week's highest-rated stakes winners, ranked by Brisnet Speed Ratings, with Beyer Speed Figures from Daily Racing Form and TimeformUS Speed Figures where available.
