First Mission's win in the Grade 3 Lexington on Saturday and Skelly's win in the Count Fleet Sprint (G3) tied for the highest Brisnet Speed Ratings among last week's stakes winners.

In the Lexington, Luis Saez and First Mission covered the 1 1/16 miles at Keeneland in 1:43.74 for trainer Brad Cox. He earned 20 qualifying points for Kentucky Derby 2023 with the win, but that was his only points prep so he wasn't close to making the Derby field.

In the Count Fleet, Ricardo Santana and Skelly went six furlongs at Oaklawn in 1:09.20 for the Steve Asmussen trainee's third straight win.

First Mission and Skelly each earned 103 Brisnet Speed Ratings. Skelly also got a 105 Beyer Speed Figure, according to Daily Racing Form, the highest Beyer of the week's stakes winners. And he earned a 127 TimeformUS Speed Figure.

First Mission earned a 98 Beyer and 119 TimeformUS.

Here are the figures for last week's stakes winners, ranked by Brisnet Speed Ratings, with Beyer Speed Figures and TimeformUS Speed Figures where available.
