On a weekend of big races, the two winners who generated the most buzz were Arcangelo for his win in the Belmont Stakes and Cody's Wish for his win in the Grade 1 Metropolitan.

Of course, they both come with great stories: trainer Jena Antonucci is the first woman to win a Triple Crown race, and Cody's Wish has his special relationship with Cody Dorman.

But they also tied for the highest Brisnet Speed Ratings among last week's stakes winners, along with Manhattan (G1) winner Up to the Mark, with each earning a 110.

Cody's Wish had the edge in terms of his Beyer Speed figure at 112, according to Daily Racing Form. It's the highest Beyer this year. Arcangelo got a 102 Beyer, and Up to the Mark got a 105.

Cody's Wish also had the highest TimeformUS Speed Figure of the weekend at 129. Arcangelo got a 120 from TimeformUS, and Up to the Mark got a 127.

Arabian Lion was next in the Brisnet ratings, at 107. The Woody Stephens (G1) winner earned a 109 Beyer and a 123 TimeformUS.

Here are the figures for last week's highest-rated stakes winners, ranked by Brisnet Speed Ratings, with Beyer Speed Figures and TimeformUS Speed Figures where available.
