Focusing on I’ll Have Another’s attempt to become Thoroughbred racing’s 12th Triple Crown winner, TVG, America’s horseracing network, will present extensive Belmont Stakes coverage, highlighted by on-site programming from New York’s Belmont Park.

“History will be on the line when I’ll Have Another steps into the starting gate with hopes of becoming the first Triple Crown champion in 34 years,” said Tony Allevato, TVG’s executive vice president, “and TVG is committed to bringing our fans full pre and post race coverage of this milestone event. That coverage will include the latest news related to I’ll Have Another and the other race entrants, thorough analysis from our team of experts and the top notch handicapping that our audience has come to expect.”

TVG’s coverage kicks off Friday with a live Belmont Stakes edition of Blinkers’ Off, airing from 11:30 a.m.-noon ET. Hosted by Matt Carothers from the TVG studios in Los Angeles, and featuring Todd Schrupp, Simon Bray and Tom Amoss at Belmont Park, the show will update fans on the latest Belmont Stakes news and happenings.

Following Blinkers’ Off, Schrupp, Bray and Amoss will provide coverage of the day’s Belmont Park racing program, which includes a pair of graded stakes.

TVG will conclude its Friday schedule by airing a one-hour Belmont Stakes Preview Show, starting at 8:30 p.m. ET. The show will include Greg Wolf, Paul LoDuca and Ron Ellis from Betfair Hollywood Park in Los Angeles with reports from Schrupp, Bray and Amoss in New York. The show will also air on Prime Ticket, MSG+, Sun Sports, Altitude and MASN (check local listings).

Schrupp, Bray and Amoss return to Belmont Saturday to present updates, commentary and interviews related to the big race, and to host live coverage of the day’s other contests, featuring four graded events. Coverage of the Belmont Stakes will air live on NBC and on tape-delay on TVG.

TVG will end its Saturday coverage with a 30-minute Belmont Stakes Wrap-Up show following the conclusion of NBC’s telecast (approximately 7:00 p.m. ET). That show will be hosted from Betfair Hollywood Park with Schrupp, Bray and Amoss reporting from New York.
