Holy Bull Stakes runner-up Sweet Ducky has been sold to Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov and is expected to make his next start in the UAE Derby at Meydan on March 26. The 3-year-old son of Pulpit is expected to ship to Dubai on March 15 and will be saddled by trainer Herman Brown.

Sweet Ducky began his career with a romping sprint win at Monmouth Park last summer and followed up that effort with a 4th place finish in the muddy Tyro Stakes. After that he won back-to-back flat mile stakes races (Garden State, Seton Hall) in New Jersey and ended his juvenile campaign with a 4th place finish in the Delta Jackpot.

The $135,000 Keeneland sales graduate won three of six starts in the US for trainer Kelly Breen and owners George and Lori Hall.
