The Grade 3 Bryan Station on Saturday at Keeneland is the last turf stakes of the meeting and is the second of three added-money events on the closing day card. The one-mile grass stakes for 3-year-old males drew an overflow field of 15. Mike Shutty does not think much of 9-2 morning line favorite Giocoso's chances, leaving that one out of his Top Win and Top Value columns completely.
Simulate at 8-1 morning line and Salamis at 6-1 morning line caught Shutty's eye most. Both are trained by potent turf stakes maestros in Bill Mott and Chad Brown, respectively. The former was pace-compromised in his last two while the latter is has won both starts since returning from a layoff, including acing his first stakes test last out.
Each Super Screener includes picks, analysis and wagering strategy for each race covered. With a narrow view of two decent prices in the Bryan Station and not a lot of appreciation for the morning-line favorite, the wagering strategy for that race focuses heavily on getting either Simulate or Salamis into the trifecta.
In addition to this week's Super Screener, the Breeders' Cup pre-entries edition is also available. Again, order Super Screener now for $57 and get everything Super Screener has to offer between now and Breeders' Cup Saturday.
