Super Screener Hits For $10,000 In BC Juvenile Fillies Turf!

The Super Screener is off to an incredible start for Breeders' Cup 2013!

 In the Juvenile Filly Turf, Chriselliam, ridden by jockey Richard Hughes, spurted away from the field to take the race at odds of 8-1! The filly, trained by Charles Hughes, was the second-highest rated in the race, meeting 85% of the Screener win criteria! Testa Rossi, second behind the fleet Chriselliam, met 88% of the Screener criteria. Third-place finisher Colonel Joan was tabbed as a “very strong threat for bottom” of tickets!

The 20-cent Superfecta paid out over $5,000!

Outstrip, piloted by Mike Smith, flashed a brilliant turn of foot in the final furlong to take the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf over Giovanni Boldini and Bobby’s Kitten and topped the first big Super Screener ticket of the weekend! Outstrip and Giovanni Boldini topped the Super Screener, each meeting over 70% of the Screener’s winning criteria. Bobby’s Kitten was the top US-based colt on the Screener list, meeting 60% of the datapoints. The three combined to hit a $72 TRI and topped the $120 SUPER!
