With a summer program still in the works, Preakness 2025 winner Journalism had his first workout Sunday since he finished second to Sovereignty three weeks ago in the Belmont Stakes.

Drilling on the fast main track at Santa Anita, the 3-year-old Curlin colt was clocked at 47.8 seconds going a half-mile under the supervision of trainer Michael McCarthy.
