Echo Zulu’s bullet work at Keeneland was among the breezes that stood out Sunday morning on the tabs across America.

Morning workouts are intensifying as horses are readied for the Nov. 4 and 5 Breeders’ Cup. Echo Zulu, who is expected to start in the Filly & Mare Sprint, was part of the usual Sunday string of workers for Hall of Fame trainer Steve Asmussen.

Kimari (Munnings), a Grade 1 winner (2021 Madison), worked five furlongs in 1:03.6 at Keeneland. It was the 25th fastest of 30 works at the distance.
