Stately Victor Rolls in Ontario Derby

Grade 1 winner Stately Victor returned to the winner’s circle for the first time since April on Saturday with a victory in the $150,653 Ontario Derby at Woodbine.

Owned by Thomas and Jack Conway, Stately Victor took the lead entering the stretch and drove with authority to a 3 ¼-length win, covering 1 1/8 miles on the synthetic Polytrack surface in 1:50.51.
