Speed figures: These are last week's fastest stakes winners

Full Moon Madness earned the highest Brisnet Speed Rating of the week for his win in the Grade 3 Tom Fool on Saturday at Aqueduct.

The 4-year-old gelding by Into Mischief earned a 111 Brisnet and a 98 Beyer Speed Figure for his 1 3/4-length win in the six-furlong sprint.

Trained by Michelle Nevin, Full Moon Madness was off for nearly 11 months before returning with an optional-claiming allowance win at Aqueduct on Nov. 24. He then was second in the Gravesend and third in the Toboggan before getting his first graded win Saturday.

The highest Beyer of the week, 111, went to Locked for his 8 1/2-length win in the Santa Anita Handicap (G1) on Saturday. He also got a 106 Brisnet.

In Saturday's San Felipe (G2), Kentucky Derby points prep at Santa Anita, Journalism got a 104 Brisnet and 108 Beyer for his 1 3/4-length win in the San Felipe (G2). Runner-up Barnes got a 102 Brisnet and 105 Beyer.

In the other Derby preps, Flood Zone got a 101 Brisnet and 98 Beyer for his Gotham (G3) victory, and Sovereignty got a 99 Brisnet and 95 Beyer for his win in the Fountain of Youth (G2).
