In his graded-stakes debut, Nitti not only won the Grade 3 San Juan Capistrano at Santa Anita, but he earned the highest stakes-winning Horse Racing Nation speed figure of the week, a 151. Taking advantage of a sharp pace in front of him, he rallied smartly to win the race at about 1 3/4 miles on the grass by 2 1/2 lengths. The effort also earned him an 89 Brisnet speed figure and a 90 Beyer.

The joint-highest stakes-winning Brisnet Speed Ratings of the week, 104, were earned by a pair of stakes winners at Delaware Park. Admiral Dennis stalked pace before clearing off to win the inaugural Delaware Derby by 3 1/4 lengths. In addition to a 104 Brisnet Speed Rating, he also earned a 131 HRN figure and a 95 Beyer. Vote No earned his 104 Brisnet rating with a late-running three-quarter length victory in the Cape Henlopen, an effort that also earned him a 117 HRN speed figure and a 96 Beyer.

The top stakes-winning Beyer of the week, a 102, went to Redistricting for his victory in the Monmouth Stakes. Sent off as the odds-on favorite despite seeking his first win since October 2023, he set the pace and galloped clear to win by five lengths. The effort also earned him a 110 HRN speed figure and a 92 Brisnet rating.
