Siyouma, fresh off a victory in the Grade 1 Sun Chariot Stakes at Newmarket on Sept. 29, looms the one to beat in the field of 13 for Sunday’s Grade 1 E.P. Taylor Stakes at Woodbine.
The $1 million E.P. Taylor, a 1 1/4-mile turf race, has attracted a diverse field, with fillies and mares from France, England, Ireland, Germany, New York, and California joining the local contingent.
The winner will earn a fees-paid berth to the Breeders’ Cup Filly and Mare Turf at Santa Anita.
