Shancelot, Henley's Joy lead Wednesday's graded stakes works
Top sprinter Shancelot continues to work toward his return for new trainer Steve Asmussen. The speedy colt drilled five furlongs in 1:01.80 at Fair Grounds on Wednesday morning.
It was a busy day for Asmussen runners as Grade 1 winner Henley's Joy and multiple Grade 3 winner Lady Apple also worked five furlongs at Fair Grounds.
