#1 X Y Jet (1-1) was out of action for more than a year and returned a winner as the 3-2 favorite in the G3 Mr. Prospector Dec. 23 (155 Pace + 143 Final Rating). This race becomes interesting if he bounces.
#7 Sheikh of Sheiks (8-1) earned one of his best career numbers in a local show finish off a long layoff at this distance Dec 20 (135 Final Rating) and projects an outside stalking trip under Irad Ortiz, Jr.
