Call Me Midnight worked 4 furlongs at Keeneland Saturday ahead of a possible start in next weekend's Lexington (G3), the last points prep for the Kentucky Derby.
The Keith Desormeaux trainee has 10 qualifying points from his win in the Lecomte (G3). Even with a win in the Lexington, he would need help to make it to the Churchill Downs starting gate on the first Saturday in May.
At Payson Park Training Center in Florida, Pizza Bianca worked five furlongs for Christophe Clement. She has not raced since winning the Breeders' Cup Juvenile and might be seen next in an Aqueduct stakes later this month.
