The Gaming Commission has concluded its investigation into the allegation that an electrical device was used by the Jockey of "Will Take Charge" in the 2013 Travers Stakes.
The Commission's investigation concluded that Jockey Luis Saez was not carrying any sort of electrical device and that trainer Eric Guillot's allegation was wholly unsubstantiated.
