Rivelli Learning About Essence of Bubbles

Richard Ravin’s Essence of Bubbles made the pace in Saturday’s Grade III Arlington-
Washington Lassie, could not withstand Frank Fletcher’s Rocket Twentyone in the late stages but gamely held the place.

“We should have won,” trainer Larry Rivelli said Sunday.   “She got too wound up before the race and left some of her race in the paddock.  I haven’t had her long enough to realize she was going to do that.  If I’d had her a little longer, we could have addressed that issue.”
