Regally Ready Even Money in San Simeon

Regally Ready shoots for his third straight win and is the strong even money choice in Saturday's Grade 3 San Simeon Handicap at Santa Anita Park.

Steve Asmussen's fleet sprinter got the feel of the downhill course in a solid show finish on Jan 1 and he has not looked back since. He exits back-to-back good looking prominent throughout hillside tallies and looms a strong pace presence once again under new rider Mike Smith.

Compari is 4-for-4 over the local weeds and had a six-race win streak snapped in a pair of grade one losses when last seen at Hollywood Park last summer. He owns fine early speed and runs well fresh.

Supreme Summit is a synthetic sprint specialist exiting a disappointing dirt return. He is bred to handle turf, dons the hood, and reunites with winning pilot Bejarano.

The 6-horse field also includes Camp Victory, Gallant Son, and Victory Pete.
