Rattle N Roll, most recently fifth behind Forever Young in the Group 1 Saudi Cup, has been officially invited to the Group 1 Dubai World Cup, set for April 5 at Meydan.

The Dubai Racing Club announced Friday that Rattle N Roll had accepted an invitation to the Dubai World Cup. Trainer Kenny McPeek confirmed the invitation in a post on X. This invitation was previously reported by Alan Carasso at Thoroughbred Daily News.

The 6-year-old son of Connect, winner of the Breeders' Futurity (G1) in 2021, has won at least once at the graded or group level in every year of his career. That includes a win in the Clark (G2) three starts back, last November, as well as in the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup (G3) at King Abdulaziz in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to begin his 2025 campaign.

After his fifth-place finish in the Saudi Cup, Rattle N Roll remained in the Middle East. According to the TDN report he trained at King Abdulaziz for several weeks after the Saudi Cup before shipping out to Dubai. He was scheduled to work Saturday under regular exercise rider Danny Ramsey, according to an X post from McPeek.

The likely betting favorite in the Dubai World Cup is Forever Young, a Yoshito Yahagi trainee who won the Saudi Cup in his most recent start on Feb. 22. Others who are well bet in overseas futures markets for the race include a pair of Bhupat Seemar charges, Al Maktoum Classic (G2) winner Imperial Emperor and Al Maktoum Challenge (G1) winner Walk of Stars.
