Ken and Sarah Ramsey continued their remarkable run of success with two more victories on Friday, bringing their total number of wins during the fall meet to 12. The dozen wins equal the record for a fall meet, which the Ramseys also reached in 2012 and share with Mr. and Mrs. Robert F. Roberts (1968).

They have three horses entered Saturday.

The Ramseys’ 25 victories during the 2013 Keeneland spring meet obliterated the previous record of 12 wins. They are on pace this fall to win or share the leading owner title at Keeneland for the 13th time, which would put them just one behind T.A. Grissom’s record 14 meet titles.

The Ramseys have won outright or shared six spring meet owner titles (2004, 2006, 2010-2013) and six fall meet titles (2000, 2002, 2007-2009, 2012).

Two-time Eclipse Award recipients as outstanding owners, the Ramseys are the year’s leading owners by earnings with $10,777,301. They already have won six meet titles nationally this year: Gulfstream (winter, 43 wins), Keeneland (spring, 25), Churchill Downs (spring, 32), Saratoga (summer, 22), Kentucky Downs (September, 9) and Churchill (September, 6).
