Ramsey Farm to Sponsor GP Turf Handicap

Gulfstream Park announced today that Kenneth L. and Sarah K. Ramsey's Ramsey Farm, leading owners at Gulfstream and owners of the world-class stallion Kitten's Joy, will sponsor the Feb. 9 Kitten's Joy Gulfstream Park Turf Handicap (G1).

The $300,000 Kitten's Joy Gulfstream Park Turf Handicap, to be contested over 1 1/8 miles on turf,  is expected to attract a stellar field including 2011 Kentucky Derby (G1) winner Animal Kingdom, three-time Grade I winner Point of Entry and Hollywood Derby (G1) winner Unbridled Command.

"Kitten's Joy is one of the world's leading stallions, the Ramseys are Gulfstream's leading owners, and the Kitten's Joy Gulfstream Turf Handicap will draw a world-class field of Thoroughbreds."

The Ramseys are Gulfstream's leading owners with 24 victories from 83 starters.
