Queen’s Plate 2016: Odds and Expert Picks

The $1 million 2016 Queen’s Plate kicks off the Canadian Triple Crown this Sunday. The race will feature three-year-olds running 1 ¼ miles over Woodbine’s Tapeta surface. Amis Gizmo, who won the Plate Trial last time out, is the morning line favorite. He is closely followed by Leavem in Malibu, a highly regarded allowance winner for Mark Casse. Meanwhile, Josie Carroll trains Amis Gizmo, as well as the lone filly in the field, Gamble’s Ghost. Post positions and morning line odds are below as seen on the HRN Stakes Tracker.
