Thursday, Keeneland race 9, full sibling to Red Carpet Ready
Bougie Not Basic, a 3-year-old filly by Oscar Performance, was a $65,000 auction purchase at Fasig-Tipton August 2022 for Pura Vida Investments. She makes her career debut going 5 1/2 furlongs on the Keeneland turf for trainer Mike Maker and jockey Irad Ortiz Jr.
Saturday, Gulfstream Park race 5, foal out of G1 winner Marketing Mix
Wrigleyville, a 3-year-old filly by Into Mischief, is the fourth foal out of Marketing Mix to make it to the races. The Glen Hill Farm homebred will take on 10 other maidens at five furlongs on turf. She races for trainer Bethany Baumgardner and will be ridden by Edwin Gonzalez.
Saturday, Oaklawn race 7, $1.5 million filly by Into Mischief
Miss Rockette, a 3-year-old filly out of the G3-winning mare Song of Spring, dropped the hammer at $1.5 million at the Keeneland September yearling sale in 2022 for Frank Fletcher Racing. She debuts going 1 1/16 miles on dirt for trainer Bob Baffert and jockey Juan Hernandez. Miss Rockette's female family includes Dream Rush, dam of Dreaming of Julia.
