Prospect Watch: Cody's Wish half-sibling debuts at Saratoga

Saratoga is in the spotlight for the Belmont Stakes, but this hallowed track will also see the next generation of classic contenders get their starts.

Godolphin and Bill Mott, who have Kentucky Derby winner Sovereignty in the Belmont, also have a stable full of youngsters entered for their career debuts. The most anticipated newcomer is Spirit of Hope, the 3-year-old half-sister of Cody's Wish. This Street Sense filly is entered as a main-track-only starter in Thursday's race 10.

Resurge rounds out Saratoga's second race as a 3-year-old filly by Constitution making her career debut.
