Preakness 2024 happens Saturday, and the Ron Flatter Racing Pod features two episodes that dive deep into the race.

In a pop-up episode of the show, Horse Racing Nation handicappers Mark Midland and Ed DeRosa join DraftKings Sportsbook director Johnny Avello to preview the race. These hard-core handicappers discuss every horse in the field. They face questions like what to do with Kentucky Derby winner Mystik Dan, who the live long shots are, and who is likely to provide value on the tote board.

Friday's episode of the Ron Flatter Racing Pod focuses on the connections of the Preakness contenders. Trainer Kenny McPeek and co-owner Sharilyn Gasaway discuss Kentucky Derby winner Mystik Dan, Jimmy Barnes, trainer Bob Baffert's longtime assistant, also discusses Imagination, the scratch of Muth, and the challenges of shipping horses.

The Friday edition of the show also features Preakness handicapping insight from 1/ST Racing TV analyst Ron Nicoletti. Paddock Prince handicapper David Levitch dives into the Pick 4 leading into the Preakness.

The Ron Flatter Racing Pod via Horse Racing Nation is available via free subscription from Apple, Firefox, iHeart and Spotify as well as HorseRacingNation.com. The pop-up and the regular Friday episode are sponsored by Xpressbet.
