Pinnacle Race Course, which opened in New Boston in 2008, is suspending simulcast operations immediately in a cost-saving move, its general manager, Mike Mackey, said on Wednesday.
The track's Pavilion sports bar and grill also will close in two weeks, with all Pinnacle staff members will be laid off until at least spring, he said.
Mackey added he might close his office at Pinnacle for the time being.
"I don't know if I'll be here," Mackey told the Free Press.
