California Chrome and Arrogate will be breaking from opposite ends of the gate in the inaugural Pegasus World Cup on January 28. Newly minted two-time Horse of the Year California Chrome will leave from post twelve as the 6-5 morning line favorite, while Breeders’ Cup Classic winner and Three-Year-Old Male Champion Arrogate will break from the rail as the 7-5 second choice.

Keen Ice, who upset Triple Crown winner American Pharoah in the 2015 Travers Stakes, was installed as the third choice at 12-1. Looking for his first win since the Travers, Keen Ice will depart from post nine.
