Turf Stars launched a new line of plush figures of famous racehorses. The toys are created to resemble famous racehorses, with saddle cloths in the colors of each horse's silks.

Racing presenter, writer and breeder Sally Ann Grassick is behind the venture, according to a report from Thoroughred Daily News. "I have been working on Turf Stars for the past two years and I am so excited to finally be launching it. I am so passionate about racing and sharing these wonderful racing legends with the public," Grassick told TDN.

The first toy released by Turf Stars was the star jumping mare Honeysuckle, a mare who won 17 of her 19 starts between 2018 and 2023, including 13 at the Grade 1 level. Trained by Henry de Bromhead, Honeysuckle was retired after winning the Mares' Hurdle (G1) at Cheltenham in 2023. She had her first foal, a Walk in the Park filly, in 2024.

Turf Stars has a poll on its website allowing fans to vote for future racehorses of whom they will make plush versions.
