Horse Racing Nation's Andrew Capone will be hitting the backside all summer to talk to connections at Saratoga.

In this report, he talks to trainers Bruce Brown, Leah Gyarmati and Chad Brown, all of whom have horses in stakes races on Saturday.

Bruce Brown discusses Robin Sparkles, who contests Saturday's Smart N Fancy Stakes. He explains the keys to a good effort from his mare, why jockey Javier Castellano is such a good fit, and what her post position means.

Gyarmati talks about Sail By, her entrant in the Lake Placid (G2). She discusses the spacing between Sail By's races, as well as her plans for a campaign beyond the Lake Placid.

Chad Brown addresses the rider change on Gerrymander in the Alabama (G1). He talks about the change in distance, and what his filly will need to do in order to challenge divisional leader Nest. Brown spoke on the condition that he would not discuss his arrest Thursday on a charge of assault.
