Monmouth Park to Race Monday

Monmouth Park Racetrack will be open for live racing Monday, July 25, hosting a 12-race card rescheduled from Friday, July 22 due to the recent heat wave that engulfed the East Coast.
Monday’s card will be headlined by the second leg of the Malouf Auto Group Starter Series (Race 9), which is headed by Leg 1 winner Lighthouse Sound.
One race later, fan-favorite Who’s The Cowboy will attempt to eclipse the $1 million mark in career earnings. The 17-time winning 9-year-old has currently banked $995,222.
Post time for Monmouth Park’s Monday opener is 12:50 pm, gates open at 11:30 am. Grandstand admission is $3, while admission to the Clubhouse is $5.
