Money Or Love scored another upset victory Saturday at Gulfstream Park, pulling off a hard-fought 20-1 triumph in the $50,000 Added Elegance Handicap.

Owned and trained by Anthony Russo, the 5-year-old daughter of J Be K got the money at 38-1 odds in the $100,000 Musical Romance Stakes at Gulfstream May 21.

Money Or Love ($43.20), who finished far back in the Ginger Punch and Princess Rooney (G2) in her two most recent starts, returned to winning form with a neck decision over late-closing Sweet Khaleesi.

Rated off the early pace contested by R Kinsley Doll and Fergielicious, Money Or Love advanced on the turn into the homestretch before moving to the lead in mid-stretch and holding off Sweet Khaleesi.

“She’s a good filly. She’s not what I would call an ‘A’ filly, but in ‘B’ company she can be tough,” Russo said.

Money Or Love ran seven furlongs in 1:23.53 under Jairo Hernandez to record her third victory in 10 starts this year. Sweet Khaleesi, who trailed the field early under jockey Edgard Zayas, finished 1 ¼ lengths ahead of Cult Classic, who held the lead at the top of the stretch under Tyler Gaffalione.
