Monday works: Secret Oath returns to the tab at Churchill
Secret Oath had her first work since her loss by a head in the La Troienne (G1) on the Kentucky Oaks undercard.
The 4-year-old daughter of Arrogate went four furlongs in 48.2 seconds at Churchill Downs.
The loss to Played Hard in the La Troienne was the second race in a row where Secret Oath finished second. She lost by a neck to rival Clairiere in the April 15 Apple Blossom (G1). In her first start of the year, Secret Oath beat Clairiere by 2 3/4 lengths in the Azeri (G2) for her first win since last year's Kentucky Oaks.
