The Michael Stidham trainee worked four furlongs in 48.0 seconds, the fastest of 45 at the distance. It was his second work back since that Grade 1 placing.

More Than Looks, working toward his return after a sixth-place try in the Breeders' Cup Mile, also drilled a bullet Monday morning. Trained by Cherie DeVaux, he posted a five-furlong time of 1:01.40, the fastest of 10 to go the distance Monday morning at Fair Grounds. The Breeders' Cup was the first time More Than Looks faced older stakes horses, though he amassed two stakes wins including the Manila (G3) against sophomores in 2023.
