More Than Looks, most recently second in the Grade 1 Fourstardave, worked for the first time since that race Monday morning. The Cherie DeVaux trainee worked four furlongs in 49.8 seconds over the dirt at Keeneland. Already a graded-stakes winner in the Manila (G3) last year, More Than Looks made his 4-year-old debut in the Fourstardave, where he could not catch an in-form Carl Spackler but finished clear of the rest, including favored Ottoman Fleet.

Surveillance, last-out winner of the off-turf Troy Stakes (G3), returned to the work tab Monday for his first drill since the race. He went three furlongs in 37.55 seconds on the Saratoga dirt, breezing from the gate. The 7-year-old Wayne Potts trainee has been a stakes mainstay since 2022, but the Troy was his first breakthrough at the graded level.
