Monday works: Percy's Bar leads 11 graded winners on tab

Percy's Bar worked at Keeneland on Monday ahead of a possible start in the June 13 Monomoy Girl Overnight Stakes at Churchill Downs.

The Upstart filly, seventh in the Grade 1 Kentucky Oaks in her most recent start, breezed five furlongs in 1:01.0, fastest of five at the distance.

Trainer Ben Colebook said the black-type Monomoy Girl "most likely" will be her next start.

In her six starts before the Kentucky Oaks, Percy's Barn never finished out of the money. She won the Ashland (G1) in April and was third in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies last year.

Percy's Bar was one of 11 graded-stakes winners with published works Monday.

Her previous work was eight days ago going four furlongs at Keeneland. In her last start she placed seventh in the Kentucky Oaks (G1) going 1 1/8 miles on the main track at Churchill Downs on May 1 for trainer Ben Colebrook.

Litmus Test (Nyquist), a Grade 2 winner (2025 Los Alamitos Futurity), worked five furlongs in 59.6 seconds at Churchill Downs on Monday morning. It was the fastest of three works at the distance. His previous work was 15 days ago going four furlongs at Churchill Downs. In his last start he placed 17th in the Kentucky Derby going 1 1/4 miles on the main track at Churchill Downs on May 2 for trainer Bob Baffert.

Motorious (Muhaarar), a Grade 2 winner (2024 Joe Hernandez), worked four furlongs in 50.8 seconds at Santa Anita on Monday morning. It was the eighth fastest of 11 works at the distance.
