Scott McKeever, winner of the fourth largest pick
six payoff in Del Mar history, said he has resolved a monetary
issue with trainer Paul Aguirre and jockey Alonso Quinonez.
McKeever, who won nearly $1.2 million two weeks ago and took home $900,000, came under fire recently for not "tipping" Aguirre and Quinonez for their part in his big score.
"Things were getting a little wacky," McKeever said Wednesday. "I didn't know there was such a thing as 'track etiquette.'
"This has been hard on me and very frustrating."
